Use this D-Ring as an attachment point on your carrier. Included in the 38-200D 8-Point Carrier Tiedown System with 2 Bolt-On D-Rings.

Add extra tie down points without welding with these bolt-on D-Rings.
Forged from C-1045 steel, 1/2" diameter ring is supplied with 2-hole mounting bracket
Bracket is 1 5/8" wide and 3/16" thick with square mounting holes to accept 3/8" carriage bolts
Holes are 2" on center
Ultimate breaking strength 11,781 lbs.
